Our bespoke venue hire prices include the following:
Exclusive use of St Tewdrics House from 11.30am on the day of your wedding until 10.00am the following day
Caban Y Coed to get ready in from 8.00am on the day of your wedding*
Cariad Suite to get ready in from 11.30am on the day of your wedding
Cariad Suite to stay overnight in on your wedding night
A personal wedding coordinator, including on-the-day coordination
A wedding planning guide with hints, tips and checklists to help you through the planning process
Decorations including lanterns, welcome sign, easels, artificial flower arrangements in The House, artificial foliage on the beams in The Courtyard, aisle runner for your ceremony, cake stand and knife
Chiavari chairs with round guest tables and a curved, round or sweetheart top table
Use of our Sonos sound systems for your ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast music
Use of our handheld microphones for your speeches
Two fully licensed bars

Food, drinks and guest bedrooms will be charged in addition to the venue hire prices.
We will happily put together a bespoke quote to include all elements.
Exclusive use of St Tewdrics House for additional day(s) is discounted by 50% of the venue hire price and guest bedroom prices.
**20th – 30th December is charged at £6,900. New Years Eve is charged at £10,900.
Additional Civil Ceremony hire fee of £450 for ceremonies taking place at St Tewdrics House.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate current at the time of booking. In the event of any change of governmental or local taxes, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. We also reserve the right to amend these prices at any time.
